Shipping Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We ship to all Canadian provinces. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Free shipping is available in Quebec only on purchases of $60 or more before taxes, except for remote areas.

Please allow approximately one business day for order processing of in-stock items. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you.

Delivery standards are based on available carriers and may change without notice.

Certain regions of Quebec, including northern remote areas, are excluded from our delivery territory. To confirm eligibility for your area, please provide your postal code by email at: novabrazilia@outlook.com

SHIPPING METHOD

We reserve the right to use a different carrier than the one selected at checkout. Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers will be added to your order at the time of shipment or as soon as they become available. For shipments without tracking, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date.

ADDRESS CHANGE

If your order is being processed and you need to change the delivery address, a redirection fee of $20 plus taxes may apply.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order or return items without notifying us, no refund will be issued. Please refer to our return and refund policy.

DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please report any missing or damaged merchandise immediately and no later than five business days following delivery.

1. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Items are carefully packaged to protect them during shipping. Please inspect your package upon arrival for any shipping damage. If an item appears damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so we can begin the claims process.

2. MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please note that orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages. If items appear to be missing from your order, contact us immediately so we can track the shipment and replace the items if necessary.
